Corporate Giving Benefits Program

Corporate giving is a crucial area of support, with gifts providing 20 percent of Actors
Theatre of Indiana’s (ATI) Annual Fund revenue. In recognition of this critical funding,
ATI has introduced a new corporate benefits program that more completely addresses
the business community's needs for recognition, customer entertainment and employee

Actors Theatre of Indiana is qualified and approved to receive tax deductible bequests,
devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Internal Revenue
Code and is classified a public charity with tax exempt status under section 501 (c) (3)
of the Code. Actors Theatre of Indiana is an organization dedicated to excellence in the
arts as well as inspiring and nurturing young artists. As a result, your company could
earn significant tax credits by contributing to one of these unique three Actors Theatre
of Indiana arts educational programs:

benefits. Varying by giving level, these benefits may include the following:

• Invitations to attend special events, including sneak-peek previews, backstage
  tours, and private receptions
• VIP tickets to shows and a private reception
• Logo and/or name recognition on lobby kiosk, street-front display, and internal
  and external publications
• Cross-promotional opportunities
• Advertisement and feature in performance program and corporate Web site link
